Chocolate Halva Hamentashen

If you are one of those people that like halva, you will absolutely go nuts for this hamentashen recipe! A delicious chocolate cookie, filled with halva, and topped with a chocolate tahini drizzle.  Now you know what you can do with all that halva you got talked into buying at the shuk!  Make sure you use raw tahini in the...

S’mores Hamentashen

Here is a fun variation on a hamentashen that the kids will surely love! Graham flavored cookie dough with a smooth chocolate gananche filling, topped with marshmallow and a chocolate drizzle.  An over-the-top variation you have to try! About Me

My name is Rachel Berger. I am a mom of four hungry teenagers.  And they like to eat dinner every night.  And they never want the same thing twice.  And they never want leftovers.   They text, call and walk in the door asking “what’s for dinner, is dinner ready, is there any dinner?”  My response is always “I am not the dinner lady!”  Luckily, I love to cook.  I just never know WHAT to cook nor do I ever have enough time.  I thought I would use this blog to share my recipes and ideas on how to put a healthy dinner on the table, fast.  Let me know what you think, I would love to hear from you!
